Oakland Investments (Aus) Ltd is an established public unlisted Company which specialises in providing professional and innovative structured finance solutions to the property investment industry.

Oakland has not been operating its core business (i.e. lending) since mid 2008 and since the GFC, has been in the process of winding down the Company’s activities and returning capital to Shareholders. The Directors have been intently managing the stringent process of recovering all outstanding loan balances and continue to provide updates to all Shareholders on a monthly basis.
