Funds raised through the Offer will continue to be advanced against loans to the property industry, with key features including, but not limited to:
- Registered First and Second Mortgages;
- Unique Investment Selection Process;
- Recognised Investment Criteria Model;
- Maximum Loan to Value Ratio (LVR) of 75 percent; and
- Mortgage Indemnity and Mortgage Impairment Insurance Policy from certain Underwriters of Lloyd's of London, subject to the terms and conditions of the policy.
The First Priority Preference Shares have the right to a cumulative preferential dividend (coupon rate) paid quarterly, or at redemption. The Coupon Rate is outlined in the Investment Terms.
